To further enhance user experience and provide prompt responses, we provide All That Node Discord community with the Inquiry Ticket Bot. This tool streamlines interactions with our team, ensuring efficient communication within our community.

What is the Inquiry Ticket Bot?

The Inquiry Ticket Bot is a specialized tool designed to streamline the process of submitting inquiries and receiving timely support. Instead of navigating different channels or waiting for a moderator's attention, you can now directly address your concerns by interacting with this bot.

Key Features:

  1. Instant Ticket Creation: Submit your inquiry with a few clicks, and a ticket will be automatically generated.
  2. Private Channels: Upon ticket creation, a private channel is created so you can discreetly address your issue.
  3. Swift Responses: With the bot routing inquiries systemically to our support team, you can expect assistance faster ever before.
  4. User-friendly Interface: Intuitive and easy to use, this bot ensures a hassle-free experience even for new members.

How to Use:

  1. On the All That Node Discord server, navigate to the designated bot interaction channel: #atn-support.

  2. To inquire about technical issues encountered while using ATN, select "Support.” If you'd like to propose a partnership, select "Partnership.”

You can also use the command /ticket subject:support or /ticket subject:partnership in any channel.

  1. The bot will then create a private ticket channel just for you. You can move to the ticket channel by clicking the button below.

Button descriptions

  • Close: You can use this button to close the ticket.
  • Claim: Staff will use this button to assign the ticket.
  1. To help our team members assist you quickly and accurately, please answer a few automated questions.

    1. For inquiries related to “Support”
      1. Your All That Node account ID (email address)
      2. Your All That Node project ID
      3. Your subscription plan
      4. The endpoint URL with an issue

    2. For inquiries related to “Partnership”
      1. Your name
      2. Your business email address
      3. Your organization’s name
      4. Your organization’s website or social profile

  2. After answering all the questions, please provide us with a detailed description of your inquiry.

    1. Support: screenshots, request and response details, and reproduction steps are needed.
    2. Partnership: a detailed description or materials explaining your proposal.
  3. Our support team will join and respond in the channel shortly to assist you.

Please note that if you do not respond within 72 hours, the ticket will be automatically closed.

  1. Once you have all you need, you can close the ticket by clicking the “Close” button. (Our staff may close the ticket as well.)

    • Once you select to close the ticket, you will be given a 15-minute window in which to reverse the ticket closure.

You can also enter /close in the ticket channel to close the ticket.

  1. When the ticket is closed, the ticket bot will send you a message via DM. By clicking the URL within the message, you can review your inquiry history.
